Hi Jordan if it is possible I'd like an advise from you. I'm composing ideas but i always ended up with compositions without clear structures. The song continues to move forward and forward and I can’t find a good connection for example a chorus

When I'm in a similar boat, I usually play it for a friend. Whatever part they say "ooo, I really like that" becomes the chorus. :) It becomes considerably easier if you are writing lyrics, too.
