Hello Massimo! I understand this problem! We get excited sometimes and it’s almost natural to rush a bit. Think about the concept of “groove” where each beat has weight and importance. Almost like a good drummer would feel. A lot of keyboard players have trouble with really experiencing the weight of the beat. You need to settle your mind and breath and picture the beats of the Metronome like real slices in time that have meaning and depth. I hope these thoughts help you.
