Hi Manuel- Great Question... It takes a while to do it.. I do a combination of using my ears and also looking at meters... Often I'll use a limiter in the Master FX to help keep things even. That said- Different patches have to be louder or softer depending on the orchestration. For that type of adjustment, it usually gets done in rehearsals!...
